I suggest that, “Now” is the best time to start your New Year’s Resolutions for health and longevity. Don’t wait until after the holidays. Follow my 90/10 rule. Eat well 90% of the time, so you can still have fun at the Christmas party. If you eat poorly all day long, and then have sweets, bread, and alcohol non-stop between Thanksgiving and New Years, you will really get yourself in a rut.
