Creamy Polenta helps you lose cellulite

Creamy polenta

is a grain-based food that is getting more and more notoriety as a great alternative to pasta, rice, bread and other grain based products. Replacing these can make a huge difference if you want to lose celluliteFor best results, be sure to experiment with different types of polenta in order to find the type that you like best.

Polenta is often referred to as “corn grits,” as is basically a mixture containing high amounts of coarsely ground corn. While polenta could once only be found at high end specialty or organic grocery stores, it can now be easily found in most grocery store chains. However, it is important to be aware that polenta is often packaged in a number of different ways, and because of this, people who are new to using polenta in their cooking can often be confused when it comes to making a purchase. Typically, polenta will be sold either in its dry form. However, it can also be found packaged similarly to a sausage.

Cellulite

Switching to a healthy anti cellulite diet is the first step in losing Fat Cellulite. Some of the best diets include low glycemic index grains which so much better than processed white flour.

Whole grains like barley and oatmeal are excellent choices for snacks and breakfast to help lower cholesterol, prevent type 2 diabetes, protect against heart disease and cancer, and help keep you regular. Depending on what you’re looking for in your diet, they certainly stack up differently, but in most cases, barley beats oatmeal to the nutrition punch.

News Years Reslutions Start Now!@

I suggest that, “Now” is the best time to start your New Year’s Resolutions for health and longevity. Don’t wait until after the holidays. Follow my 90/10 rule. Eat well 90% of the time, so you can still have fun at the Christmas party. If you eat poorly all day long, and then have sweets, bread, and alcohol non-stop between Thanksgiving and New Years, you will really get yourself in a rut. All that festive cheer with add Fat Cellulite instead of getting rid of it!

How to store fresh vegetables

Cellulite exercises are on one side of the coin when it comes to losing cellulite. Diet is on the other. Vegetables and fruit in your diet are absolutely essential to lose cellulite. However, not all vegetables are the same, and so it goes to follow that not all vegetables are meant to be kept in the same way. Save time and money by grouping all your vegetables into specific categories before storing them. This way, you can make sure that everything is in its proper place, being kept fresh in the proper way.

When grouping vegetables, you will need to take note of which ones require high or low humidity when in storage. Lettuce and green onions, for example, go better in dry air rather than moist air, and should be stored accordingly. Your local grocer should be able to help you with the details.
